Special thanks to Enrique our comisario and all the businesses that complained about traffic in San Carlos. The money for these new Topes came from state funds and did not come from Guaymas because as we all know Guaymas has no money and no interest what so ever in improving infrastructure in San Carlos.
There are now 4 new Topes in San Carlos. As you enter Town the first one is at the turn off to the Athletic Club San Carlos, the next is right in front of Los Arbolitos, after that you have Charlies Rock and Hacienda Teta Kawi and then one of the most dangerous areas were many accidents have occurred is at Jax Snack’s. Funny but the Tope at Jax Snack’s is only on the North side of the street at the entrance to their rear parking lot.
