Vince – I am heading off to a conservation conference next week in Loreto. Do you know about it? If so, are you showing your illegal fishing video at the conference? You don;t know me, but I’m on a mission to help you get this video in Amercian media. My best friend is the Executive director for the Gulf of Mexico Reef Fish Alliance. She works very closely with overfishing issues with Environmental Defense Fund. I’m on it – I’ll keep you updated on any progress. Please email me soon!

Thanks Stephanie, I have a close friend in Loreto. Her name is Pam Bolles. Do you know her? We are actually preparing for a big meeting in Lazaro Cardenas down in Michoacan on the 20th of this month. The populist politicians are trying to make it legal to fish Dorado in Mexico. They are doing this because of the fact that we are now very close to bringing legal action against the U.S. for allowing the fish to cross the border. I just filed our FOIA with lawyers from the CBD, center for biological diversity but as you know this is all a slow process. My friend down in Cabo San Lucas just met some one named Rod Beckstrom who is involved in the Enviornmental Defence Fund. I just signed up for their news letter actually. I will drop you an email asap.
